Innovative new thread developed by COATS using sustainably sourced wood pulp. Made from 100% lyocell (cellulose), EcoRegen is a fully biodegradable thread suitable for garments and homewares. Manufacturing of EcoRegen does not involve the irrigation, pesticide and labour demands of traditional cotton production. Behaving like cotton for sewing and next-to-skin feel, EcoRegen has the highest dry & wet strength amongst all current cellulosic fibres.
