Style UW416 coated, sprung-steel underwires offer specialised D cup-sized options. Available in both UW416D and UW416DD configurations, this wire style provides consistent progressive scaling; the D-cup version features a balanced medium-depth profile, while the DD-cup offers a wide, supportive base with increased depth for fuller bust support.

UW416 wires maintain predictable width progression and steady depth increases, making them ideal for designers and makers who require specific cup-volume variations across multiple band sizes.

All Formline wires feature a unique nylon coating for the protection of wire casing and seams from wear and tear.
